项目摘要

本研究は、新旧の多様な価値観が併存した啓蒙改革期ハプスブルク君主国において、メディアを通じた情報コミュニケーションが社会や政治に及ぼした相互作用について解明することを目的としている。18世紀後半の知的公共圏の中で、多様な勢力が読者公衆に対して影響力を行使したと考えられるが、本研究では（1）政府/宮廷、（2）啓蒙結社（ドイツ・ユニオン）という2つのアクターがどのような形で公共圏の中での情報コミュニケーションに関与していたかを史料にもとづいて検証する。この研究を通じて、政治とメディアの関係や言論統制、メディア戦略など、現在でも争点のある問題について新たな知見が得られると思われる。2022年度は、夏にオーストリアのウィーンで2週間の短期史料調査を実施し、帝室・宮廷・国家文書館（オーストリア国立文書館）で、外務省情報局警察関連文書や国務省文書内のガリツィア関連史料などを撮影した。また、オーストリア国立図書館で、日本で手に入らない研究文献を複写した。2022年のロシアのウクライナ侵攻を受けて、ハプスブルク君主国内のガリツィアについて啓蒙知識人の言論活動を急遽検証した。その研究成果は、東欧史研究会・ハプスブルク史研究会合同個別報告会で、「18世紀末ハプスブルク君主国における啓蒙知識人のガリツィア観」というタイトルで発表し、現在、発表原稿を大幅に修正し、学術論文として投稿する準備を進めている。さらにドイツ・ユニオンとウィーン市民の関係性を解明するために、1794年の涜神事件を中心に、これまで蒐集した史料を精査している。こちらについても研究成果の公開に向けて、準備中である。

This study aims at the coexistence of the old and the new in the period of enlightenment and reform, and at the communication of information between society and politics and the interaction between society and politics In the second half of the 18th century, the public sphere was known to have many influences, and the influence of the public was exercised. In this study,(1) the government/court,(2) the enlightenment association,(3) the information in the public sphere, and (4) the historical materials were examined. This research is about communication, politics, relations, speech control, politics, and the present. In 2022, a short-term historical survey was conducted in the summer and summer, and the Imperial Office, the Imperial Court, and the National Document Museum were conducted. The National Library of China and the Japanese Academy of Sciences have published many research papers. In 2022, the speech activities of enlightened intellectuals were rapidly verified. The results of this research include the contract and individual report meeting of the Eastern European History Research Association, the "Enlightenment of the late 18th century monarchies", the preparation of the manuscript, and the preparation of academic papers. The relationship between the people of China and the United States was clarified in 1794, and the historical data collected were carefully examined. The results of research are being published and prepared.
