项目摘要

今年度は、コロナ禍の流行が収束していない状況、自身の健康状態に鑑み海外渡航を控えたため、すでに史料所在地の確認ができ、既に部分的に入手できている資料の分析、国内の関連サイトでの調査、ならびに技術標準化をめぐる研究動向についてのサーベイ文献調査を中心におこなった。前者についてはBSAの内部文書（英国ウォーリック大学現代史料センター,MRC）に所蔵のものである。財務諸表、取締役会議事録、工場配置図、写真図版である。社内報、私信なども存在しにはアクセス出来ていない状況にある。その結果、1861-1880sの時期の会社設立期の産業集積の状況、作業組織の変化については確認済である。残るバーミンガム文書館、ソリハル文書館の2箇所に分散して存在する史料については未了である。また当社と関係の深いDaimlerやVickersに関する関連史料については次年度以降に調査を進める方針である。後者については、標準化をめぐる歴史研究は、経営史、経済史、科学技術社会論（STS）にまたがって存在している。中心となる機械金属加工業についての技術論のリサーチも併せて行なってきた。今年度は、特にBusch,(2011)Standard:Recipes for Reality, 並びにLampland & Leig Star(2009)Standards and their Stories, Schlaudt & Huber(2015)Standardization in Measurement,の２論文集の各論文の精読を行なった。また視点・方法として着目する経営学の質的研究の方法論としてcritical management studies並びに経営人類学的研究の動向についても文献サーベイを行い、その成果の一部を経営学史学会で報告し『経営学史学会年報』の査読論文として投稿し受理され刊行を待つ状況にある。

This year, we will control the popularity of colona and monitor our own health status while traveling overseas. We will also confirm the location of historical materials and start with some of the data. We will conduct data analysis, domestic related service surveys, and relevant literature surveys on research trends in technology standardization. The former contains information contained in BSA's internal documents (Modern Historical Materials of British Universities,MRC). Financial tables, proceedings of the party ban, workshop configuration, photo edition Social media, private letters, etc. exist in the media. The results, the 1861- 1880s period of the association's establishment, the status of industrial accumulation, the organization of the operation, and the confirmation of the change. There are two places where historical materials are scattered, namely, the Library of History and the Library of History. The relationship between society and society is deeply rooted in Daimler and Vickers, and the related historical materials are closely related to the next year's research and development. The latter includes standardization, research on history, management history, history of science and technology (STS), etc. The center of the mechanical metal processing industry, the technical discussion and development Busch,(2011)Standard:Recipes for Reality, and Lampland & Leig Star(2009)Standards and their Stories, Schlaudt & Huber(2015)Standardization in Measurement, and the fine lines of each paper in 2 collections. The methodology, critical management studies, and trends in the study of business anthropology are discussed in this paper. The results of this paper are presented in the annual report of the Society for the History of Business.
