本年度は、従業員の労働生産性に係る要因の内、就業中に充分なパフォーマンスを発揮できない状態をプレゼンティーイズムと捉えて、影響する因子を検討することを目的とした。特に本研究では睡眠の状態を検討するので、従業員を対象とした第一次調査においては、睡眠に関する項目を含むアンケート調査票を作成し、本人の主観的な印象に基づく回答を得た。結果の分析により、対象者の属性による特徴の抽出を行い、次年度に用いる調査票を作成した。
