项目摘要

本研究の目的は、起業家がスタートアップ企業の上場を目指す中での他者との関係の喪失、生成、発達の動態的なプロセスをモデル化し、組織が生まれる道筋を理論化することである。この目的を達成するために、以下の3点を行った。第1に、一人の連続起業家との対話を繰り返すこととその対話の逐語記録を作成することである。第2に、蓄積された対話の逐語記録から組織が生まれる道筋のプロセスのモデルを生成することである。第3に、プロセスのモデルが生成された文脈として、起業家と研究者との関わり合いのプロセスを記述することである。本年度は、当初の計画通り、以下の3点に取り組んだ。(1)連続起業家の乃村一政氏との対話の実施とその逐語記録の蓄積を行う「ことばの交換」は、2011年4月21日から2023年3月までに計51回を実施した。今後も本調査を継続予定である。また、今後は、他の起業家や投資家との対話も実施予定である。(2)2023年3月11日に開催された企業家研究フォーラム設立20周年記念シンポジウムで「企業家研究と語りの共同生成:『カード』を媒介にした経営実践への関与の可能性」と題する招待講演を行った。(3)「同床異夢の成立プロセス:ベンチャー企業による制度的複雑性への対処」(共著)と題する査読付き論文が学術雑誌『Venture Review』第40号に掲載された。

The purpose of this study is to theorize the dynamics of loss, generation, and development of relationships between entrepreneurs and others in the context of business goals, and to theorize the dynamics of organizational development. The goal is to achieve the following three points. The first is to create a record of the conversation. Second, the accumulation of the word by word record, the organization of the channel to create a channel. The third is to describe the relationship between entrepreneurs and researchers. This year, the original plan was passed, and the following three points were selected. The paper was published in the academic journal Venture Review No. 40.
