项目摘要

初年度の研究目的である「GKC適用による企業における実現・未実現の改善効果を金額計算実現」について、予定通り、実際に改善中の企業におけるアクション・リサーチを継続的に実施した。その結果、個社事例ではあるが、かなりの精度で、実現・未実現の改善効果測定が可能となる基本の原価管理帳票が完成した。現在は、さらに、経営的観点からこれらの数値を活用可能にする経営資料および経営指標の検討に進みつつある。また、これらの事例および、その基礎となった現場改善会計論の基礎理論について、国内外で報告を行った。当初予定されていた、① The 6th World Conference on Production and Operations Management（P&OM Nara 2022）：GKCについての学術発表 ②類似研究の多いLean Accounting Summitにおける成果発表に加えて、③ 日本管理会計学会の統一論題登壇者として依頼があり、報告およびパネルディスカッションに登壇した。これらの成果について、①については、牧誠財団の英文ディスカッションペーパーとして、③については、日本管理会計学会誌「管理会計学」の論壇原稿として公表された。なお、現場改善会計論の基礎理論である査読論文、柊・上總「現場改善効果の類型化：会計的視点からの考察」管理会計学30(1)が、2022年度日本管理会計学会において、学会賞（論文賞）を受賞した。本論文は、基盤研究（C）17K04038の研究成果であるが、その基礎理論をもとに現在の基盤研究（C）22K01689があり、その初年度に学会賞を受賞したため、本報告内で報告するものである。
