项目摘要

2022年度は、テーマである「地域への愛着と人とのつながり」と「子どもをもつことに関わる健康」について、1)質的インタビュー調査、2)文献調査と専門家との協議、3)量的実態調査の実施方法の検討を行った。1)インタビュー調査実施にあたり関西看護医療大学研究倫理委員会の審査と承認を得た。兵庫県・淡路島在住の25～44歳の人を対象とし、島内活動団体および行政窓口の紹介により、のべ25人（女性19人、男性6人、淡路島内３市在住）に対し、テーマについてのインタビュー（グループ6回、個人1回）を実施した。淡路島特有の人のつながりの強さやエピソードが協力者自身の言葉で語られた。子どもをもつことに関わる健康について、リプロダクティブ・ヘルスという言葉は、あまり人々に知られていないことがわかった。2)文献調査では、ソーシャル・キャピタルとリプロダクティブ・ヘルスをキーワードとして国内外の関連する研究と使用されている尺度の洗い出しを行った。また、主にリプロダクティブ・ヘルス分野の専門家と本研究のテーマについて協議した。3)2023年度実施予定の質問票による実態調査の実施方法について淡路市・洲本市・南あわじ市の行政調査担当者と協議を重ねた。淡路島内に一般化できるデータを得るための対象者選択は、住民基本台帳の一部閲覧手続きをとること、質問票の配布と回収は郵送とインターネットを併用すること等を検討した3年の研究計画の初年度として、淡路島内各方面の協力者を得て研究を開始することができた。
