项目摘要

在宅の認知症高齢者および家族介護者が住み慣れた地域で安心して日常生活を過ごすためには、認知症に伴う行動・心理症状（BPSD）の予防・対処への介入策と介護負担軽減を図るための家族介護者支援策を充実させることが求められる。本研究は、家族介護者の介護支援に関する人と人、人と社会との関係性のパターンを個人ネットワーク構造として多面的かつ数量的に把握する社会ネットワーク分析を活用し、BPSDの出現や家族介護者のBPSDへの対処行動、また介護負担への影響を明らかにすることを目的とした。本研究により、認知症高齢者および家族介護者のQOLの維持向上に資するBPSD予防と家族介護者支援策の提案につなげ、在宅の認知症介護支援策の充実に寄与することが期待される。3年間の研究期間において、介護支援に関する個人ネットワーク構造がBPSDの発症率などに及ぼす影響を検討するための縦断研究として、当該年度は、文献的検討と北海道内の居宅介護支援事業所の介護支援専門員が担当する認知症を有する利用者およびその家族介護者を対象としたベースライン調査を実施する計画であった。しかし、当該年度に予期せぬ事情が生じ、調査実施に至らなかった。当該年度の具体的な研究内容としては、ソーシャルサポート・ソーシャルネットワークの文献レビュー、既存の長期追跡データの解析による縦断データの解析手法の検討、および過去に実施したpreliminaryなソーシャルネットワークに関する調査結果を踏まえた質問方法の検討であった。とりわけ、介護支援専門員および家族介護者が回答する形式の自記式質問紙によって家族介護者のネットワーク情報を得るために、質問項目の配置や構成に吟味を要する点が多く、質問紙の推敲を重ねる必要があった。次年度には、当該年度の研究結果を踏まえ、質問紙を完成させ居宅介護支援事業所への協力依頼および調査を実施する。
