项目摘要

本研究の目的は，「情報障害を抱える視覚障害者が各種社会資源に適切にアクセスできるようにするためのリンクワークに着目し，リンクワーカーを中心とする地域支援ネットワークによる支援効果を実証的に検討すること」にある。①令和4年度は日本視覚障害者団体連合，日本ロービジョン学会の協力を得て，病気や障害で視覚障害となった患者が地域生活に移行するプロセスについて医療機関に重点を置いて実態調査を進めた。その結果，井上眼科病院や広島大学附属病院にみられるような地域の社会資源と効果的に連携する実態が明らかになった。②ハワイ大学障害学研究センターの協力を得て，ハワイ大学及び同大学コミュニティカレッジにおける視覚に障害のある学生に対する支援について実態調査した。その結果，障害学生支援サービスとは別に，アドバイザーやメンターによる学生支援の充実が明らかになった。日本においても学生の多様化に応じた学生支援の充実が急がれる。③中途視覚障害者支援の現状については，「全国視覚障害児者実態調査」（筑波大学），「生活のしづらさなどに関する調査：全国在宅障害児・者等実態調査」（厚生労働省），高齢・障害・求職者雇用支援機構年報等の統計資料を分析し，全体状況の把握を進めた。視覚障害者にとって失明という経験は心身ともに大きな影響を与え，各種リハビリテーションへの参加を阻害する要因となっていることから，こうした現状について引き続き日本視覚障害者団体連合，日本ロービジョン学会の協力を得て全国調査を実施する予定である。なお平成4年度の研究の成果は日本福祉心理学会，日本ロービジョン学会，桜花学園大学保育学部研究紀要において報告した。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of visual impairment on various social resources. (1) In 2004, the Japanese Vision Impairment Society joined forces with the Japanese Vision Impairment Society to conduct research on the key points of medical institutions in the area of disease support, vision impairment and patient migration. As a result, Inoue Eye Hospital and Hiroshima University Affiliated Hospital have established a network of regional social resources. (2) The cooperation between universities and research institutes has been achieved, and the cooperation between universities and colleges has been investigated. As a result, the student support services are not available. Japan's student diversification and student support are urgently needed. (3) Analysis of statistical data such as the annual report of employment support organizations for disabled job seekers,"National Survey of Disabled Persons"(University of Tsukuba),"Survey of Living Conditions: National Survey of Disabled Persons"(Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare), etc. The main reasons for the participation of visual impairment patients in the psychosomatic process are the cooperation of the Japanese Visual Impairment Association and the Japanese Society of Visual Impairment. The results of the research in the fourth year of Heisei were reported by the Japan Society of Welfare Psychology, the Japan Society of Welfare, and the School of Conservation, Hana Gakuen University.
