项目摘要

本研究の目的は、通信制高校のカリキュラムやその運用方法の特徴を明らかにすることである。具体的には１）教育課程表を用いた体系的なカリキュラムデータの構築と分析、および、２）私立通信制高校におけるカリキュラム運用の実態検証を実施する。その上で、A）通信制高校と同様に、不登校経験者の受け入れや多様な生徒が学ぶ場作りを進めてきた学校群との横断的な比較、それから、B）私立校の新設が進んだ1990年代から現在に至るまでの通信制高校内部の変容に着目した縦断的な比較、という先行研究に欠けていた2つの視点から課題に取り組む点に本研究の特色がある。2022年度は主に2つの課題に取り組んだ。１）既収資料のデータ構築：私立通信制高校の教育課程表のうち開設時点のものについては、本研究課題の開始以前に一部を入手していた。このため、すでに入手していた課程表を体系的なカリキュラムデータとして構築する方法を検討しつつ、開設時期ごとのデータの傾向について探索的な分析を行った。その結果、開設時期によって開講科目の教科間バランスが変わっていることが明らかになった。２）私立通信制高校におけるカリキュラム運用に関する先行調査：１）で明らかになった科目や教科間のバランスの問題について、一部の学校にヒアリング調査を実施した。ここでは面接回数など法令に係る事項がカリキュラム作成に影響している可能性が明らかになった。３）教育課程に関する既存調査の整理：本研究の申請時点では想定していなかった既存調査の二次利用の可能性が明らかになった。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the characteristics of the application methods of communication system universities. The concrete aspects are: 1) the analysis of the construction of the system of educational curriculum application, 2) the implementation of the practical evaluation of the application of the system of private communication colleges and universities. A) Communication system colleges and universities with the same or non-registered students are subject to multiple students, and B) Private schools are newly established, and the internal content of communication system colleges and universities from the 1990s to the present is subject to the comparison and comparison, and the characteristics of this study are set forth. In 2022, the main topic was selected and organized. 1) Data structure: The curriculum of private communication colleges and universities was established at the beginning of this study.
