コロナ禍におけるFourth AgeのICT利用・活用（Zoom等）の学習と、それを通じて行われる情報の収集や学習、コミュニケーション機会の増加は、人生100年時代に健康寿命を延ばし生き続ける高齢者の心身のwell-beingにつながるものである。コロナ禍・コロナ後での本プログラムの実施においては、高齢者に強く表れる心理特性の一部としての「楽観主義傾向」「時間割引傾向」「ポジティビティ・バイアス」に対するナッジ理論要素を活用したジェロントロジー教育の情報提供を行うことを目的とし、情報提供を行った。本研究では大学と地域社会との共同・共働により、生涯学習の場面で、地域住民のために新鮮で十分に吟味、加工されたSuccessful Agingに関わる「情報」をジェロントロジー教育のプログラムを通じて提供しようとするものである。その教材は、生涯学習の場で役立てる方法とそのシステムを構築・展開する中で、柔軟で多様な社会関係資源を地域に創出することで、地域の高齢者の心身の健康を向上させ、地域高齢者の「プロダクティブ・エイジング」を醸成することであり、そのための情報提供を講座を通じて実施した。さらにポストコロナにおける高齢者の情報格差をジェロントロジー教育に基づきその是正をはかり、人生100年時代の高齢者のwell-beingに貢献するためのプログラムを分析・研究し、その一部提供を実施した。本来は先行研究のように、本学学生が参加者へのサポートとして参加し、寄り添った丁寧な指導を行うことが望ましいが、今回の講座はコロナ禍であり、シニア世代だれでもが参加できる様に「ウェブシニアパソコンカレッジ＠実践女子大学 人生100年時代の新たなシニアへの変身」をウェブ講座形式で開催した。本講座はポストコロナにおいて、これまで他者とのコミュニケーション不足を解決するための手法も含まれた内容となっている。
