项目摘要

令和4年度は、本研究の初めに掲げた、目的１、「気になる子ども」への保育者の困り感や不安を把握するとともに、気になる行動とその背景をどのように捉えているのか、どのような支援を行ってきたのか、保護者の理解を促すためにどのような方策を講じてきたのかを把握する、目的２：保育を参観し、「気になる子ども」保育者の子ども理解や子どもに対する支援の妥当性と問題点、課題を明らかにするために基礎調査を行った。具体的な実施内容は、下記の２点である。①研究の目的の基礎的な内容の1つである「気になる子ども」への保育者の困り感や不安を把握するために、九州各県の保育園・幼稚園・子ども園にアンケート調査を行った。アンケート内容の精査のためにプレアンケート調査も実施した。アンケートの依頼については各県の保育協会等を通して紹介を受けた園に対して無記名での調査を行った。その結果282名の保育者からの回答を得た。②また令和5・6年度に実施予定の双方向的支援のための研修会実施のために、アンケート調査の協力を得た園を訪問し「気になる子ども」の実態や研修の希望についても聞き取りを行った。その結果、訪問したどの園からも気になる子どもが多く支援方法に困り感が強く、具体的な支援方法についての研修やアドバイスを必要と感じていたが、現実的な対応ができていないことが明らかになった。アンケートの結果については、令和5年度に学術論文として発表する
