本研究の目的は、大学教職課程においてICT活用指導力を備えた教員を養成するために、新しい教師教育の枠組みであるTPACK(Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge)に基づき、3つの構成要素（教科内容・教育・技術）の統合に焦点を当てたプログラムを開発し、その効果を総合的に評価することである。研究開始初年度となる令和4(2022)年度は、教職課程学生を対象に、学生のICT活用指導力に関する傾向と特徴を把握するため、質問紙調査を実施した。また、一部の学生を対象に、インタビュー調査も新たに追加で実施し、学生のICT活用に関する実態を探った。しかし、どちらも収集されたデータ数がまだ十分ではないため、今後も引き続きデータ収集を行い、その分析を進めていくこととしたい。また同時に、これまでに実施した調査に関する大まかな結果を踏まえ、教育プログラムの開発に着手したところである。これまでの調査結果では、やはり学生のICT活用指導力は十分とは言えないことが明らかとなってきているため、教科内容・教育・技術の統合を目指した基本的な事項を含めたプログラムの開発が必要であると考えられる。さらに、インストラクショナルデザインの理論やモデルに関する文献研究を行い、それらを本プログラムでどのように活用することができるかを検討した。今後は、より多くのデータを収集し、その分析結果を整理してまとめるとともに、インストラクショナルデザインの理論やモデルを活用した効果的なICT活用指導力の育成につながるプログラムの開発を目指していきたい。
