项目摘要

本研究の目的は、多職種連携教育（IPE）の推進者となる教師を育成するための、コンピテンシー基盤型の教育プログラムを開発することである。令和4～5年度は、「プログラムによってIPE推進者が獲得するコンピテンシー」を立案するため、「学生時代にIPEを経験した人たちの学び」ならびに「学生時代にIPEを経験した後、自らIPE推進者となった人たちの学び」の内容を分析する。①学生時代にIPEを経験した人たちの学び2020～21年度に我々が実施した7プログラムの参加者、のべ144名へのアンケート結果から、参加前後のIPEに対する態度の変化を分析した。プログラムへの評価は、「満足度」「IPE/IPWへの関心の高まり」「立場の異なる人との繋がり」「自由に発言できる雰囲気」の4項目において、5段階リッカート尺度による評価の平均値が4.5以上と高評価であった。また学生参加者の「卒前IPEに対する態度の変化」については、Curranらが開発した”Attitudes towards interprofessional learning in the academic setting”に示された15項目のうち、11項目において、参加者の80％以上が参加前に比べてポジティブな変化があったと回答した。②学生時代に「サードプレイスIPE」を経験した後、自らIPE推進者となった人たちの学び学生時代にIPEを経験した後、自らIPE推進者となった医療専門職にインタビューを行い、現在のIPWやIPEへの参画状況、学生時代にIPEで経験したことが現在のIPWやIPE実施にどのように役立っているか、IPEに対する思い等を聞き取った。現在、逐語録をテーマティック・アナリシス（TA）ならびにテキストマイニングの手法を用いて質的に分析している。

The purpose of this study is to promote the development of multi-disciplinary education (IPE).
