项目摘要

2022年度は，「大学という環境と発達障害」「構造化の度合い」「生活スキル獲得の難しさ」（高橋知音，2012）から検討し，以下の2点について取り組んだ。【研究１】包括的支援プログラムを考えるにあたり，現在，大学の障害学生支援室で行われている一次予防の視点から事例検討を行った。大学生活の開始時期に新入生の「困りごと」について予防的に対応をすることは新生活のつまずきを減らし，充実した学生生活を送る上で重要である。通常，障害学生支援室では，学生自らが来室し，スタッフとの対話を通して，自らの「困りごと」を整理し，選択，判断しながら解決する，いわゆる「二次予防」的な関わりが多い。本研究では，大学入学後に学生が直面しやすい「困りごと」を未然に防ぎ，自力で対応できる範囲を広げることを「一次予防」とし，大学入学者に大学生活の見通しが持てるカレンダーの作成と配布，高校と大学の違いが示されたチラシを配布した。結果，実際に困っている障害学生に対する二次予防だけではなく，一次予防の視点，すなわち支援を受けずとも自力でできる範囲を広げる取組みを行うことの重要性を確認した。このことから，支援を要する学生だけに焦点を絞ったものではなく，全学生にとって役立つ情報を提供することは，問題を未然に防ぐ一次予防としての役割を果たすと考えられる。また，オープンキャンパスにおいて高校生に大学の1年を知ってもらうなど，一次予防として入学前からのアプローチも試みることにより大学入学時の不安が解消されると想定できる。本研究の成果について，日本特殊教育学会第60大会でポスター発表を行った。【研究2】大学への進学率が高い高等学校の教員に対して特別支援教育の推進状況や生徒の状況についてインタビュー調査を実施した。また，行政機関が高等学校に対して取り組んでいる特別支援教育に係る推進状況や課題についてインタビュー調査を実施した。
