项目摘要

2022年度の研究計画は，講義ビデオに対する操作ログの抽出と時系列モデリングを行うことであった．具体的には，(a) 講義ビデオに対する受講者の操作 (再生，一時停止，後戻り，早送り) ログを抽出するための手法の構築，(b) 抽出された受講者の操作ログに対する時系列分析を行うことにより，操作ログに対する特徴量の抽出であった．上記の研究目的に対して，3件の発表を行った．まず，発表-1「講義や自習における学習ログの分析 (第2報)」において，自習における受講者の操作ログ (主としてノーティング動作) の検出方法および分析手法を提案し，実データに対する分析を行った．つぎに，発表-2「文章作成における画面推移の分析」において，文章要約を課題とした環境下において，受講者の画面操作ログの検出方法および分析手法を提案し，実データに対する分析に適用し，画面の操作ログと要約の評価との関係について検討を行った．さらに，発表-3「講義における講師と受講者の相互作用の分析 (第6報)」および「講義における講師と受講者の相互作用の分析 (第7報)」において，オンデマンド型講義を想定し，ビデオ講義における講師の動作 (板書/説明) と受講者の動作 (説明を聞く/ノートを取る) に対する時系列分析および双方の動作における相互作用を分析するための時系列モデルを構築した．さらに，時系列モデルの係数および微係数に基づき相互作用の定量化を行った．特に，受講者の操作ログの分析や受講者の受講動作に対する時系列分析手法の構築に成果をあげた．

The research plan for 2022 is to extract the time series of the operation of the production line. Specifically,(a) the method of extracting the speaker's operation (regeneration, temporary stop, early delivery),(b) the method of extracting the speaker's operation (time series analysis), and (c) the method of extracting the speaker's characteristic quantity. The purpose of this study is to develop a three-part project. In Table 1,"Analysis of the Learning Process of Lecture and Self-study (Part 2)," the method of detecting and analyzing the operation process of the speaker in self-study (Part 2) is proposed. In this paper, the author presents a table-2 "Analysis of screen transition during article creation," in which he proposes methods for detecting screen operation and analysis of the speaker under the context of the article offer, applies the analysis to the implementation of the article offer, and discusses the relationship between screen operation and evaluation. In addition, Table 3 "Analysis of Lecturer and Lecturer Interaction" and "Analysis of Lecturer and Lecturer Interaction" are proposed. The lecturer's actions (blackboard/explanation) and the speaker's actions (explanation) are analyzed in time series and the interaction between the actions of both parties is analyzed in time series. Quantification of fundamental interactions in time series with differential coefficients. In particular, the analysis of the receiver's operation and the construction of a time-series analysis method for the receiver's action are discussed.
