2018年に公布された「理学療法士作業療法士養成施設指定規則」において、実習生の質担保のため臨床実習前後の評価の実施が新しく設けられ、各養成校においてその対応が求められている。しかしながら、理学療法士教育において統一された評価方法が存在していないため、本研究では2大学（4年制課程）1専門学校（3年制課程）の養成校間で連携を図り、臨床実習前の共通臨床技能試験を開発し、その妥当性を検討することを目的に研究を進めている。開発前調査として現状のカリキュラムを照合し、各校における臨床実習前評価導入時期は最終学年とした。各校における既存OSCEの運用状況を確認する中で、養成校間での学生の即時対応能力が異なることが推測され、問題案を作成する上で難易度の整合を取ることが最重要要素になることが分かった。OSCE運営における時間的・人的コストについては、これまでも各校で実技試験を行なっていた経緯から支障ないことを確認した。本学のOSCE実績から、学生の事前練習が必須と考え事前練習時間を設けることを決定したが、専門学校では教育課程の問題から練習時間の確保に難航する傾向にあることが分かった。開発のプロセスとして、共通臨床技能試験の構成について検討した。試験時間８分、試験問題10題、内訳は疾患別に、脳血管5題、運動器3題、心大血管1題、呼吸器1題とした。患者設定、技能ポイントを設計し、ルーブリック評価による採点基準（接遇5項目、技能15項目程度）を作成、実演したデモンストレーション動画を制作することとした。2022年度はそのうち、脳血管3題、運動器3題の問題案が完成し、残る脳血管2題、心大血管1題、呼吸器1題は現在作成中である。問題案が完成した脳血管3題、運動器3題のうち、脳血管1題、運動器2題について3校で、問題案ごとにオンラインによる検討会にて意見交換を重ね完成し、一部養成校で試験試行した。
