1.研究の目的：本研究では、地域在住中高年者からの性・年齢層化無作為抽出者約2300名を対象とした「国立長寿医療研究センター・老化に関する長期縦断疫学研究(National Institute for Longevity Sciences - Longitudinal Study of Aging: NILS-LSA)」の学際的長期縦断データを用い、中高年者のワーク・ライフ・バランスと心身の健康との関連を明らかにする。心身の健康に関しては、心理的健康だけでなく、特に中高年期の予防が重要とされる肥満や高血圧などの生活習慣病、更年期障害、フレイル、要介護などの身体的健康に着目する。国際的にも類を見ない約12年間(4時点)の縦断データを用いて、特にワーク・ライフ・バランスのライフに関しては家庭生活に焦点づけ、中高年者のワーク・ファミリー・バランス（WFB）実現が心身の健康の維持・増進に寄与するかを検証する。2.本年度の実施計画：WFB尺度は4下位尺度から構成される（富田ら,2019）。本尺度はNILS-LSAの第7次調査（Time1:2010-2012）と第8次調査（Time2:2013-2016）、第9次調査（Time3:2018-2022）に組み込まれ、これまで3時点のデータ収集を行ってきた。本年度は4時点目となる第10次調査の準備および開始を予定していた。3.本年度の成果：本年度は第10次調査の準備を進め、2023年2月から第10次調査を開始した。また、第10次調査の開始前に予備調査（WEB調査）を行い、中高年者の就労意向を詳細に問う調査を実施した。この結果を基に、第10次調査には新たに中高年者の就労意向を詳細に問う項目が組み込まれたことから、本研究課題では中高年者の就労意向とWFBの関連も詳細に検討することが可能となった。

1. Purpose of the study: This study investigated the relationship between long-term care and psychosomatic health among approximately 2300 participants in the National Institute for Longevity Sciences - Longitudinal Study of Aging (NILS-LSA). Physical and mental health is important, especially in the middle and late life. It is important to prevent high blood pressure, lifestyle diseases, menopause disorders, and health care. The international community has seen about 12 years (4 o'clock) of interruption in the use of special services, family life focus, middle and old age services (WFB) to achieve the maintenance and improvement of mental and physical health. 2. Implementation plan for the current year: WFB scale changes from 4 lower scales to 4 lower scales (Tomita, 2019). This scale is based on the 7th survey (Time1:2010-2012), 8th survey (Time2:2013-2016) and 9th survey (Time3:2018-2022) of NILS-LSA. Preparations for the 10th survey are scheduled to begin at 4:00 this year. 3. Achievements of the year: preparations for the 10th survey have been advanced this year, and the 10th survey has begun since February 2023. The survey was conducted before the start of the 10th survey (WEB survey), and the survey was conducted in detail for the middle and middle aged. The results of the 10th survey are based on the detailed analysis of the relationship between the middle and old age groups and the WFB.
