母子生活支援施設（以後母子寮）とは，さまざまな理由によって地域で安全に生活することが困難となった母子世帯を保護し，自立に向けて生活を支援する施設である。1945年の開始当初は死別によって母子家庭となった世帯が70％以上を占めていたが，次第に配偶者からの暴力や経済的理由によって入所する世帯が増加した。このような変化に伴って入所者の心理的問題が複雑化したため，2001年より心理担当職員が配置されることとなった。しかし，現在まで入所者の心理的問題及び施設内の多職種連携に関する研究はほとんど行われていない。本研究では，入所者特有の心理的特性に対応した援助の方法について検討するとともに，多職種連携による自立支援のあり方について検討を行う。令和4年度の研究では，多様な入所者を支えるために必要とされる心理職員と施設職員との多職種連携のあり方について，愛知県内の母子生活支援施設職員(16名・９施設)を対象としたアンケート調査を実施した。その結果，心理職員を導入したことによる効果として，「職員に対する助言」(90.0％)，「支援の幅が広がった」(84.3％)などが挙げられた。心理職員に期待する役割として，「発達障害や精神疾患への対応方法」(92.0％)，「利用者の状況や面接経過」(90.7％)，「利用者の言動の理由」(88.0％)などについて教えて欲しいとの要望が挙げられた。これらの結果から，生活職員が心理職員に対して肯定的評価を行っていることが示された。また，心理職員が入所者の心理状態を的確にアセスメントし，その結果を生活職員に伝えて欲しいとの希望があることが明らかになった。本研究により，生活職員にとって心理職員による専門的な支援に対する要望が高まっており，より緊密な連携を求めていることが示された。これらの結果をもとに，今後はインタビュー調査等による詳細な検討を行う予定である。

As a result, the psychological staff introduction process was successful,"staff support"(90.0%) and "support"(84.3%) were successful. Psychological staff expectations include: "ways to deal with mental disorders"(92.0%),"user's status and interface"(90.7%),"reason for user's speech and action"(88.0%), and "ways to deal with mental disorders"(92.0%). The result of this is that the life staff and the psychological staff are responsible for the positive evaluation. The mental state of the employee who enters the office is indeed lost, and the result is that the employee wants to enter the office and hopes to enter the office. This study aims to provide a high level of support for employees in the workplace, and to provide a high level of support for employees in the workplace.
