令和４年度は、研究目的①「小規模事業場に勤務する労働者へのインターネットストレスマネジメント介入の抑うつ・不安の改善効果」の研究計画に従い、申請者らが開発した小規模事業場の労働者向けインターネットストレスマネジメントプログラム「うぇるびの森」プロトタイプ版の改善および令和５年度に実施予定の無作為化比較試験の準備を行った。インターネット調査会社に依頼して研究参加者約1000人を確保し、「うぇるびの森」を使用するためのインフラ環境の整備および効果評価研究デザインの確定、臨床試験登録、ウェブアンケートフォームの準備、研究実施事務局体制の整備等を行った。研究目的②「小規模事業場にインターネットストレスマネジメントプログラムによる個人向けメンタルヘルス一次予防対策を実装するための実装戦略の効果の検証」については、「労災疾病臨床研究事業費補助金 小規模零細事業場の構成員に必要な支援を効率的に提供するツールと仕組みを通してメンタルヘルス対策を浸透させることを目指す実装研究（課題番号：200401-01）」において申請者が分担研究者として得た「うぇるびの森」の小規模事業場への実装に関するインタビュー調査データを「実装研究のための統合フレームワーク(Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research; CFIR)」を用いて分類し、小規模事業場の労働者を対象とした個人向けメンタルヘルス一次予防プログラムの社会実装を促進する要因および阻害する要因の検討に取り組んだ。
