2022年度は二つの実験を実施し、介入により就業者の心理状態が向上するかを検証した。一つ目の実験に関しては、アルバイト就業者、もしくはアルバイト就業経験のある方を60名以上リクルーティングし、集中して認知課題を行い、偽のフィードバック（絶対評価・相対評価委）、ポジティブ感情、ネガティブ感情、認知課題に対する自己効力感に対する効果を検証した。絶対評価に関しては、参加者の実際のパフォーマンスとは関係なく、高評価群・低評価群に無作為割り付けをした。相対評価群も同様にランダムに高群と低群に無作為割り付けをした。その結果、絶対評価の効果はなく、先行研究と同様に相対評価が低い群のポジティブ感情が下がることが明らかになった。興味深いことに、実際のパフォーマンスと自己効力感に相関がみられないため、自己のパフォーマンスを認識することは難しいと考えられる。このため、仕事の成果が高くても自信につながらないことが考えられる。二つ目の実験では、認知作業の内容を教えずに、ランダムにボタンを押すことでベースラインの得点と反応時間を計測すると教示した群と課題内容を明かさずに自身で課題内容を推測しながら回答する群に無作為割り付けをし、ポジティブ感情、ネガティブ感情、自己効力感を測定した。実験参加者は、実験１と同じ方々であった。予想とは異なり、課題の効果はみられなかった。興味深い点として、実験１において回答者は集中して課題に取り組んだが、実験２では課題内容が明確でないため、集中していない状態であった。そのため、実験１では条件にかかわらずネガティブ感情の低下がみられたが、実験２ではみられなかった。今年度は国際学会や学術論文を視野にしれつつ、これらの実験報告を行う予定である。。
