2022年度は当初の計画の通り，①文献研究，②質問紙調査，そして③海外（英国）で公開されている高齢者を対象とした認知行動療法に関する実践者用マニュアルの翻訳を行った。まず①では高齢者を対象とした認知行動療法の効果を検証した文献，実施上の注意や工夫などについてまとめた文献，高齢者の治療抵抗や援助要請の阻害要因について報告している文献などを中心に調べ，研究分担者との研究会を通じて情報の共有やディスカッションを深めることができた。次に②では，まず高齢者の不安症状を測定する尺度を開発のための質問紙調査を実施し，その結果をまとめた論文が受理された。続いて高齢者の治療抵抗や援助要請において阻害要因の一つとして考えられる高齢者におけるエイジズム（具体的には老いに関するネガティブなイメージ，態度）尺度，そして高齢者が認知行動療法を受けるにあたり，認知や感情をどの程度捉えることができるか（認知行動療法のための準備性），その程度を評価するための尺度，それぞれの日本語版作成について，原著者の許可を得ることができた。しかし，これらについては研究計画を立案する準備を進めてきたものの，2022年度内に調査を実施するまでには至らなかったため，2023年度への持ち越し課題となった。最後に③について，高齢者を対象とした認知行動療法研究をリードする一人である，英国のKen Laidlaw教授（University of Exeter）が手がけた実践者用マニュアルが公開されており，Laidlaw教授に許可を得た上でこのマニュアルの翻訳作業を研究分担者たちとともに行った。このマニュアルには認知行動療法セッションの構造，実施上の注意点，高齢者を対象とする上での介入の工夫などが網羅的に掲載されており，2023年度以降に実施する介入プログラム開発に非常に有益な情報を得ることができた。

In 2022, the communication of the original plan was conducted by (1) literature research,(2) questionnaire paper survey, and (3) overseas (UK). The main reasons for resistance are reported in the literature, and the research participants are invited to share information. In 2022, the investigation was carried out, and in 2023, the project was carried out. Finally, Professor Ken Laidlaw of the University of Exeter gave permission to the study of cognitive action therapy. The structure of cognitive mobility therapy is based on the above points of attention, and the intervention time of the high level is disclosed. In 2023, the intervention time is very useful.
