令和四年度は、二本の論文の執筆・推敲と一本の論文（三本目）の構想を練る段階に至ったところで終了した。一本目の論文（国際送金・滞在期間・人的資本に関する論文）については、修士論文を発展させたもので、国際学会（Asia and Australasian Society of Labour Economics、2022年12月、東京大学）での発表、国際ジャーナル（Labour Economics）への投稿を済ませた。現在査読待ちの状況である。本論文の主眼は、外国人労働者の選択問題であるが、従来のRoyモデルから得られる結果との共通点・相違点を明確にしようとしているところである。また、使用しているデータ（ドイツ社会経済パネル）の性質から、ドイツ再統合時の東ドイツ人の西ドイツへの大量移住フローが現地に既に移住している外国人労働者・移民の送金額に与える影響についても着目し、因果推論のツールの一つである「差分の差分法」を使用し、改訂を重ねている。本稿の分析対象はドイツであるが、今後、少子高齢化に伴う労働力不足が深刻化する我が国において、移民労働者に関する分析には深い意義があるであろう。二本目の論文は、国際援助と国際送金の貧困削減効果を分析する論文で、学内外の研究会にて発表し、そこで得たコメントを元に質向上に努めている。また、本稿は日本経済学会（2023年5月27日南山大学）でも発表予定で、更なるフィードバックを求めるべく複数の欧米の経済学会での発表へも応募中である。この論文から派生した分析（国際援助と国際送金の相関）を小論としてまとめてはどうかと指導教員の先生から提案され、そちらも2023年内に完成予定である。三本目の論文は、移民と社会保障に関する論文で、サーベイの四分の一程度を終えたところである。こちらは、今年度上半期に大枠を完成させ、学内外の研究会で発表を予定している。

In the fourth year of Ling He, two papers were written, and one paper (three books) was conceived. A paper on this topic (International Contribution, Duration, Human Capital) was published by the Asian and Australasian Society of Labour Economics (December 2022, University of Tokyo) and submitted to the International Journal of Labour Economics. Now check the status of everything. The main purpose of this paper is to clarify the common points and contradictions of the selection of foreigners and foreigners. Three articles on immigration, social protection and social security The first half of this year will be completed, and the research meeting inside and outside the university will be scheduled to be held.
