A Trial to Standardize the Kitchen of House from the Changes on Ddwelling Life

本研究的目的是对日本典型住宅的厨房标准提出建议。本研究由两项调查组成。首先，我试着分析储藏在厨房橱柜里的物品的运动（1987-1997），然后计算出所需的储藏空间。现在，我建议使用与我10年前报道的相同的必要存储容量。其次，我进行了调查，了解了一般住宅中老年人（65岁以上）工作的厨房的实际情况和存在的问题。结果，虽然现在许多老年人使用的厨房不适合他们，但他们现在对他们的厨房很满意。事实上，他们在那里经历过事故。老年人的身体状况不同，厨房的问题也不同。

The obeject of this study is to propose on the standard of the kitchen of the typical Japanese house . This study is composed of two investigatios.At first, I have tried to analyzed the movement (1987-1997) of the items which are stored in kitchen cabinet, and then have caluculated the desirable amounts of storage space. Now I have suggested the same necessary storage capacity which I reported on about 10 years ago.Secondly, I have performed to find out the actual situation and the ploblem of the kitchen which the aged ( over 65 years ) work in the general houses. As the results, Although the present kitchens which many aged persons use aren' t suitable for them, they are now satisfied with their kitchen. In fact they have experienced the accident there. The ploblem of kitchen differ in the physical condition of the aged.
