Research on theoretical and empirical economic effect about method of reasonable managing agriculture and farn village Information Service business

本研究的目的是从理论上和计算上为地方政府和野谷的农业和农村美国信息服务（USIS）业务从规划和实施阶段到经营管理阶段和技术问题提出一个较好的思路，在这种情况下，我们从区域农业推广的角度来把握农业和农村信息化，活化，以及农村生活环境的维护，并对其价值进行实证分析，分配研究的是在社会建立足够共识的前提下，通过理论研究和相互探讨，以下列分配方式来探讨问题。因此，本研究针对这一问题，进行了如下研究：1、农业和农村信息服务业（小池）的成本和便利性分析研究; 2、农业和农村信息服务业投资规模的计算和投资方法研究3.农业和农村信息服务成本计算方法及收费水平和收费制度研究（小田）4.农业·农村信息服务事业经营管理研究（Iba）.5：农业·农村信息服务事业经济效果评价方法研究（稻本）.6：研究农业和农村信息服务业务的意义和未来的发展方向（野田）。我们做了一个全面的，系统地考察了基于这些研究成果的农业引进和管理以及农村信息服务业务。另外，我们还配合做了实地工作的跟踪调查、统计资料的收集、整理，并随时与当地的行家里手进行意见交流等及各角色的分配。

The purpose of this research is to present a preferable idea to the problem from the plan and the implementation phase to management and the administration stage and the techniques in theoretically and the calculation for agriculture and the farm village U.S. Information Service(USIS)business in the local government and Noukyou.In that case, we catch agriculture and farm village informationization from the aspect of regional agricultural promotion, activation, and the farm village life environment maintenance, and value the proof analysis.Those who allot the research have approached the problem by the following allotments by theoretical researching and discussing each other in the society establishing common recognition enough.
