项目摘要

The purpose of this research is to present a preferable idea to the problem from the plan and the implementation phase to management and the administration stage and the techniques in theoretically and the calculation for agriculture and the farm village U.S. Information Service(USIS)business in the local government and Noukyou.In that case, we catch agriculture and farm village informationization from the aspect of regional agricultural promotion, activation, and the farm village life environment maintenance, and value the proof analysis.Those who allot the research have approached the problem by the following allotments by theoretical researching and discussing each other in the society establishing common recognition enough. And, we did immediately to the problem and allotted the research as follows.1: Research on cost and convenience analysis of agriculture and farm village Information Service business(Koike).2: Researches on calculation of investment scale to agriculture and farm village Information Service business and investment method(Kagatsume).3: Method of calculating cost of agriculture and farm village Information Service and research on charge level and charge system(Oda).4: Researches on management of agriculture and farm village Information Service business and administration(Iba).5: Research on method of evaluating economic effect of agriculture and farm village Information Service business(Inamoto).6: Researches on meaning of agriculture and farm village Information Service business and direction of development of the future(Noda).We did an overall, systematic examination based on these results of the research for the introduction and the management of agriculture and the farm village Information Service business. Moreover, we matched and did the catching investigation of the field work, the collection, the arrangement of statistical material, and local well versed the person to the opinion exchange etc. and each role allotment at any time.

本研究的目的是从规划实施阶段到经营管理阶段，为农业和农村信息化的理论和测算提供一个较好的思路，从区域农业推广、激活、农村生活环境维护等方面入手，从区域农业推广、激活、农村生活环境维护三个方面入手，重视实证分析。和,1.农业与农村信息服务业务成本与便利性分析研究(Koike).2.农业与农村信息服务业务投资规模计算与投资方法研究(Kagatsum).3.农业与农业农村信息服务成本计算方法及收费水平与收费体系研究(Oda).4：农业与农村信息服务经营与管理研究(IBA).5：农业与农村信息服务业务经济效益评价方法研究(Inamoto).6：农业和农村信息服务业务的含义和未来发展方向的研究(Noda)。我们做了一个全面的，基于这些研究成果，对农业和农村信息服务业务的引进和管理进行了系统的检验。此外，我们还配合做了田野调查、统计资料的收集、整理，以及当地熟人对意见交流等各个角色的随时分配。
