Three business developments were analyzed in terms of the function for revitalization of the region or the community. The conclusions are below. Firstly, the Custom Crash Business of winery has grown variedly with regional wine industry. It can work to build a cluster in the wine industry and to revitalize the regional economy. Secondly, agricultural resources are useful to revitalize the community through managing them effectively. Thirdly, educational farm business can become independent as going concern by means of attaching entertaining activity part on the program and meeting consumer needs.
