本研究の目的は、がん終末期在宅療養者における訪問看護師の臨床判断場面を構造化して、リフレクションを行う学習プログラムを構築・実施し、その有効性と活用可能性の検証を行い、新人訪問看護師の臨床判断強化のための学習方略の示唆を得ることである。2022年度は、がん終末期在宅療養者における訪問看護師の臨床判断強化のためのリフレクション学習支援プログラム案の作成を予定していた。具体的には、①セルフリフレクションプロタグラム、②ファシリテーターによる支援プログラム、③プログラムの参加者の募集であり、A県内の訪問看護ステーション協議会会員の訪問看護ステーション宛に、本研究の意義、目的、方法、倫理的配慮について説明の文書を郵送し、参加者を募る予定であった。Ａ県内の訪問看護ステーションの中堅看護師にＯＪＴの現状や、リフレクションの実施の現状を確認したところ、訪問看護ステーションごとにその現状や内容が多様であることが判明した。開発した学習プログラムの有効性や活用可能性を高めるため、学習支援プログラム案の検討段階であるが、作成の前にＡ県内の訪問看護ステーションにおけるリフレクションの現状のヒアリングの準備を行っている段階である。
