项目摘要

本研究では、母親の抱っこ時の身体不調を予防するための遠隔姿勢評価・支援システムを開発する。開発方法は次の通りである。１）産後１か月～５か月の母子の抱っこ時の姿勢の観察撮影とアンケートを行い、２）不良姿勢の自動計測について検討する。３）不良姿勢に起因した腱鞘炎発症モデルを作成する。４）腱鞘炎予防の遠隔姿勢評価・支援に向けたアプリ・クラウドシステムを構築する。２０２２年度は、産後１か月～６か月の母子３１組に対して、母親の通常姿勢と抱っこ時の姿勢の観察撮影（正面・左右）、Hand20（上肢機能評価）、 SF-8（健康関連QOL）や母親の抱っこ時の困りごとの有無とその内容、筋骨格系の身体症状、母子属性等のアンケートを行い、不良姿勢の自動計測に必要なデータ収集を行った。加えて、立位と椅子に座った状態での抱っこの姿勢と抱き方の調整後の姿勢についても観察撮影を行い、抱っこの姿勢と抱き方の調整前後の心身の不調の軽減の可能性を検討した。さらに、OpenPose、BlazePose等のモーションキャプチャー技術を用いて母子の抱っこ姿勢の3次元推定を行い、関節角度や姿勢情報の数値化およびその推定精度の検証を行った。更に、収集した母子データと抱っこの不良姿勢との関連について調査を行い、調査結果について学会発表を行った。２０２３年度は、調査結果を基に抱っこの不良姿勢セルフチェックと判定結果に基づく介入を行うアプリ開発の検討を行い、アプリによるセルフチェックの精度検証を行う。
