项目摘要

本研究は、舞台芸術の上演組織(劇団・楽団等)に対してアンケート調査を行い、その活動実態を明らかにすることを第一の目的とし、この調査のために作成する上演組織の一覧リストと、サービス業基本調査の分析結果を照合して、母集団の代表制の比較を試みることを第二の目的としたものである。本研究は2年度にわたる研究であり、昨年度末に調査票の発送を行った。本年度はその回収と集計を行った。調査対象のうち、通常の上演団体に当たる「一般」は、5,933通の発送に対して有効回答は203通ときわめて回答率が低かった。このため、開設年次、経営組織種別、構成人数、活動分野、活動地域、活動内容、年間公演活動日数、などについて集計したが、これだけのデータで全貌を論するには問題がある。いっぽう、政府統計である『サービス業基本調査』の特別集計を再整理してみたが、今回の調査対象と直接比較することは困難であった。両者の間には分類方法の相違と、サービス業調査の対象となっていない上演組織も多数存在するために、サービス業調査のミクロデータの分析では十分とはいえそうにないことが結論となった。
