The goal of this research program is to establish an evaluation and control method of in door air quality especially in low energy houses. We performed the multi-component measurements of indoor air quality in energy-efficient houses including Hokkaido University low energy house together with the literature survey. The measurement items of indoor air quality consisted of 1) air temperature, 2) relative humidity, 3) carbon dioxide (COィイD22ィエD2), 4) carbon monoxide (CO), 5) suspended particulate (SPM), 6) radon daughters, 7) air-borne bacteria, 8) airborne fungi, 9) formaldehyde (HCHO), and 10) volatile organic compounds (VOCs). By using the multi-component measuring data we conducted a mathematical analysis of indoor air quality. On the other hand we developed database of low energy techniques for houses in the world. Input data of the database are composed of seven chapter and 155 items, and 66 houses have been recorded from 17 nations. Several newly equipments using renewable energy were tested for their energy efficiency.The effectiveness of 1) passive ventilation system, 2) mechanical ventilation system and 3) hybrid ventilation system were examined in low energy houses of both Japan and Canada.
本研究的目的是建立一种室内空气质量的评价和控制方法,特别是在低能耗住宅。本研究以北海道大学的低能耗住宅为对象,结合文献调查,对节能住宅的室内空气品质进行了多组分测量。室内空气质量的测量项目包括1)空气温度、2)相对湿度、3)二氧化碳(CO_(22)CO_(22)D_2)、4)一氧化碳(CO)、5)悬浮颗粒物(SPM)、6)氡子体、7)空气传播的细菌、8)空气传播的真菌、9)甲醛(HCHO)和10)挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)。利用多分量测量数据对室内空气品质进行了数学分析。另一方面,我们开发了世界上低能耗住宅技术的数据库。该数据库的输入数据由7个章节155个条目组成,共收录了17个国家的66所房屋。对几种新的利用可再生能源的设备进行了能效测试,并在日本和加拿大的低能耗住宅中对1)被动通风系统、2)机械通风系统和3)混合通风系统的能效进行了测试。
