项目摘要

平成２６年度は、１）The Contextual Model of Leaning（学びの文脈モデル）（Falk & Dierking 2005）を再考することと「出会い（encountecing）」という観点を用いてインフォーマルな学習環境におけるユーザー（利用者、来館者）の「体験」を共通に捉えることのできる枠組み、方法論を確立、２）１）で確立した枠組み、方法論を用いた博物館、公民館における利用者の「学び」データの収集（行動観察、発話採集）、整理、３）１）～２）および平成２５年度に実施した公民館と博物館それぞれで行われてきた「学び」の体系化（文献調査）によって得られた成果を元に開発した3件の学習プログラムの試行、検証を行った。その結果、１）平成25、26年度と引き続き問い、多面的に検討してきたインフォーマルな学習環境（博物館•公民館）における「体験」（ひいては「学び」）を捉えることのできる枠組み、方法論を確立でき、２）博物館においてよく見られる典型的なパタン（他にもいくつかのパタンが見出されている）において、「出会い」（とくに「出会いの幅」）を理解するための4つの観点（“引き出される”“ぶつかる”“つなげられる”“浮かび上がる”）および「体験」を捉える上で重要となる「出会い方」という概念を得、（１）で再考したモデルを「出会いを起点とした文脈モデル」として提示した。さらに、（３）「出会いを起点とした文脈モデル」によって開発した公民館•博物館をはじめとするインフォーマルな学習環境での学習プログラムの内実を明らかにし、その現場に関わる研究者であり実践者であるという「関わり手」としてよりよい実践へとつなげる新たな研究サイクルを確立しつつある。現在、主要な学会誌へ論文投稿の準備段階にあり、今後さらに事例研究の精緻化と論文化を進めていく予定である。
