本年度は、筆頭著者として国際学術雑誌での論文発表1報、国内学術雑誌での論文発表1報、国際学会での発表1件、国内学会での学会発表2件、及び、企業において収集したデータの分析を行った。はじめに、昨年度に一部分析を行っていた特別支援教育に携わる教員のセルフ・エフィカシーに関する基礎的な特性に加え、本年度はセルフ・エフィカシー及びコーピング、ストレス対処能力SOCがGHQに与える影響を検討するために分析を行った。特別支援教育に携わる教員のセルフ・エフィカシーについて、ストレス対処能力であるSOCに次いでメンタルヘルスの改善に効果がみられることが示唆され、特別支援教育に携わる教員を対象としたメンタルへルス研修等において、こうした観点の活用が期待される。次に、昨年度に実施した職業性うつ尺度（ＯＤＳ）の開発のために収集したデータの分析を行った。今回の分析により、簡便で回答時間が短く、適切な信頼性及び妥当性を有する臨床場面でのスクリーニングに有用な検査法が検討された。また、一般従業員を対象としたアサーション研修を実施し、受講者のアサーション・スキル及びメンタルへルスを規定する要因について影響を与えるか否かを検証することを目的とした分析を行った。研修の1ヶ月後には、事前と比較して尺度得点が上がり、セルフ・エフィカシー及びパフォーマンスが向上し、アサーション研修の効果が示された。今回得られたメンタルヘルスに関する特性や、うつ尺度及び研修の実践が、特別支援教育に携わる教員のメンタルヘルス向上のための具体的なメンタルヘルス対策につながる知見として、活用が期待される。
