採用3年目に当たる本年は、これまでの総括を中心として研究活動を行った。特に、採用1年目のパキスタン・ラホールと、2年目のイギリス・レスターで収集した資料を元に、その成果を学会にて口頭発表した。主な成果発表として、9月に国内外のイスラーム地域研究が多く集まる国際学会でポスター発表を行った。内容は、イギリスで始めたイスラーム経済に関するウルドゥー語原典資料についての議論で、今後の研究展開について幅広い地域の識者から有益なコメントをいただけた。5月に東京外国語大学の研究会で口頭発表した内容は、パキスタンで収集した資料を新たに分析したもので、1971年のバングラデシュ（東パキスタン）独立に関して、西パキスタン側の思想家がどのような発言をしていたのかをまとめた。また、国外ではマレーシアの国際イスラーム大学で開催されたInternational Language and Tourism Conference 2016（言語及び観光に関する国際会議2016）に参加し、"Muslim Languages in South Asia: The Role of Urdu in Religious Knowledge"（南アジアにおけるムスリムの言語：宗教学におけるウルドゥー語の役割）と題する発表を行った。この会議にはマレーシア、インドネシア、タイなど東南アジア諸国からの大学院生・学部生も多く参加しており、若手研究者や各国の研究動向に触れられたことも有意義であった。さらに、会議後にはマレーシア国民大学のムハンマド・ハキーミ・M・シャーフィー准教授とイスラーム世界におけるパキスタン移民に関する意見交換を行うなど、現地の研究者とのネットワークの拡充にも務めた。

Adopt the 3-year project plan for the current year, the center and the research activities for the current year. Specially, the 1st year project is adopted, and the 2nd year project is used.レスターでCollection information を元に, そのachievements をlearn にてverbal 発 table した. Main results are published in September, domestic and foreign regional studies are collected, and the international society is published in September. Contents: イギリスで开めたイスラーム経済に关するウルドゥーlanguage original material についてのDiscussions and future research will be carried out by those who know the region and are useful. In May, Tokyo University of Foreign Studies research group's verbal list and content, collection of data and new analysis, 1971のバングラデシュ(东パキスタン) independent に关して, 西パキスタンlateral thinker がどのような発言をしていたのかをまとめた. "Muslim Languages in South Asia: The Role of Urdu in Religious Knowledge"（南アジアにおけるムスリムの语： religious study におけるウルドゥー语のservice cut）とtitle する発表を行った.この会にはマレーシア, インドネシア, タイなどSoutheast Asia アジア国からの大学graduate student・faculty生も多くParticipationしており、Wakadou researcherやThe research trends in various countries are touching and meaningfulであった.さらに、After the meeting にはマレーシアKokumin University のムハンマド・ハキーミ・M・シャーフィーAssociate Professor とイスラーム世The community immigration community has exchanged opinions with the community, and the current researcher has conducted research on the subject.
