I am Mya Gooding-Springer, the CEO and Founder of Swap Shop. Swap Shop is an app that I am creating which allows users to swap their pre-loved clothing items so that they can enjoy the never ending fashion trends without harming the planet.Swap Shop's mission is to extend the lifetime of clothing whilst preventing them from ending up in landfills (we currently send 1 truck full of clothing to landfills every second).At Swap Shop we are able to educate our audience by marrying on-trend fashion with sustainability and affordability. We eliminate the need to constantly purchase individual items and replace it with a monthly subscription service which allows our users to obtain their desired items whilst doing their part to save the planet.
