I am an intrapreneur and entrepreneur with a successful track record of creating a business in the renewable energy sector based on innovation. The business had grown from 0% to 40% of the UK offshore wind market and the product is ranked only second to GE, globally. I am also a mum of two young children trying to be a good role model for them as well as to other young people.I founded Anteam Ltd. in 2020 during the pandemic. Frustrated by four delivery vans dropping parcels from the same online retailer in one day, I challenged myself to solve the paradox: Can we have a way to move goods without creating an excessive number of trips? I started to think of a way to unlock the power in the community to solve our biggest challenge -- Climate change.Through a feasibility study funded by the Department for Transport through T-TRIG 2020 programme, the enabling AI technology was developed and it demonstrated a minimum of 7 tonnes of CO2 savings over 20,000 deliveries. Through market research, more than 60% of over 300 people we surveyed showed their willingness to use the platform. It has also been identified through market research that creating a trust model among the community is critical to the successful adoption of this innovation. This project will build upon the success from the Department for Transport project to develop and test the trust model, develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and launch the MVP into the market.
