**High quality, personalised home care is** critical to supporting people to remain active, independent and **socially connected** through facilitating activities in the community, **promoting mobility** and enabling people to have a **good quality of life** as they age.But the home care sector is in crisis. 95% of care providers cannot take on any more clients (ITV/UKHCA 2021) due to critical workforce shortages.
