Interwoven Impact CIC是一家英国多元化科技中小企业,其核心项目团队由Noshua Watson(项目/可持续发展/包容/多元化主管)、Banasa Williams(商业主管)和David Layton(技术/用户体验/用户界面主管)组成。
Interwoven Impact CIC is a UK diversity tech SME with a core project team of Noshua Watson (Project/Sustainability/Inclusion/Diversity Lead), Banasa Williams (Commercial Lead) and David Layton (Technical/UX/UI Lead). Interwoven is aiming to develop an automated EDI data platform with user-customisable data collection interfaces, analysis algorithms and reporting. This platform will remove the cost barrier to EDI data collection for SMEs and is accessible for those that do have diversity/analytical expertise. As the platform can be customised to align with SMEs' specific values, they can identify where to act to improve representation without hiring a diversity consultant, saving SMEs hundreds of thousands of pounds annually in EDI reporting costs, improving opportunities for underrepresented groups and reducing the economic burden of workplace discrimination.
