英文摘要
Connecting multiple data points from smart devices and turning them into health and fitness related insights or predictions through simple texts. There are too many single-purpose apps and devices for tracking health and well-being, one for calorie in/out, one for sleep measurement, one for exercise, and so on.However, your body is an interconnected system, so your mental health will affect your sleep quality, your sleep will affect your metabolism, your metabolism will affect calorie in/out, your calorie intake will affect your diet, and your diet will affect your exercise and your exercise will affect your mental health.Because your body is an interconnected system using single-purpose apps and measuring those functions in isolation is not effective. There are fitness trackers (IoT sensors) that collect all that data but they display them in the form of charts, numbers, and percentages so they add no value to your life because there is no way of understanding the relation between those numbers.Have you tried to lose weight and got nowhere? This leaves you questioning yourself. Is it my diet? Age? Sleep? Lack of vitamin? Exercise? Understanding the relation between those numbers will allow you to eliminate that guessing game so you can reach a max performance in a short time frame. So we are creating Viki, short for Virtual Interactive Kinetic Intelligence. an intelligent entity that monitors your body functions, lifestyle, and behaviours to tell you how all of those affect your health, fitness, and wellbeing followed by giving you actionable recommendations or predictions through simple texts.
