Neighbouring Projects will provide architectural services enabling adjacent homeowners to undertake joint home alterations.There are around 10 million terraced and 6 million semi-detached houses in the UK. Many of these were built around the early 1900s, and over decades have deteriorated, becoming unsuitable for modern life across a range of criteria.Through our research and experience, we have established significant benefits to be made via economies of scale when neighbouring stakeholders work together instead of alone. These include more effective use of resources, increased energy efficiency, reduced cost (labour, time, materials), and reduced CO2 emissions.
