The Accelerated Demonstration of Electric Propeller (ADEPT) project will develop a new generation of propeller technologies for aircraft with electric powertrains. The project will use Vertical Aerospace's VX4 aircraft as a design basis and includes validation testing using part-scale wind tunnels and full-scale test rigs. The project includes Vertical Aerospace, University of Bristol, University of Glasgow, Cranfield University and Helitune.
