英文摘要
Freyda (UK-based SME), is developing new and innovative technologies to address inefficiencies with existing automation solutions (low accuracy, non-domain specific, complex adoption), and tackle the error-prone, high-latency and time-consuming nature of manual document processing.AI within Professional Services has the potential to transform product/service delivery and create wider/improved access to services. Specifically, as document reviewing requirements continue to grow, the World Economic Forum has highlighted an impending 'tipping-point' where AI adoption to support these tasks becomes a necessity.Freyda will apply AI developments to its current platform, which legal services and accounting/audit organisations will adopt and integrate into their operations/services. Freyda disrupts the legal and accountancy/audit service industries by identifying and addressing an unaddressed market gap and reducing adoption barriers of existing technology through no/low code integration and optimised UX, addressing the often complex, costly and time-consuming process of integrating AI technology; reducing implementation costs and technical challenges. These outputs are expected to permit professional services to process improvements to current products/services to improve customer experience and increase access to automation technology, whilst enabling financial/regulatory compliance, creating marked cost-efficiency gains whilst supporting and driving productivity.
