Abstract
This application is in response to NIH PA-20-272 Administrative Supplements to Existing NIH Grants and
Cooperative Agreements (Parent Admin Supp Clinical Trial Optional) https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-
files/PA-20-272.html. After our -80C freezer completely stopped working and was then removed due to the
severe damage caused by Hurricane Ida power outage, we are running of -80C storage space for our samples
of the parent 1R21AG068756. This supplement request is to obtain supplement funding for the purchase of a
replacement of this -80C freezer (please see attached email).
