B2B platform to allow companies to lend/borrow talent to/from each other

Wolv is an online platform that allows vetted companies to borrow or lend talent from each other. In the face of the COVID-19 crisis, it allows companies to utilise their talent in companies that have short-term staff need, instead of laying them off. It has already saved over £110k for the companies, 4 layoffs and £160k+ in livelihoods with a minimal product in 10 days of operation. It aims to utilise the InnovateUK grant to expedite research and development of the platform and making it generally available to companies within 4 weeks.Wolv aims to cut down the collaboration set-up time and costs between two organisations by plugging in to their existing workflow tools. Companies will be able to communicate with each other without leaving the tools of their preference (e.g. Slack).
