Retailers want to offer their valuable customers personalisedservices that provide customers with matched solutions without an increase in costs.Delivering that today is too labour intensive and expensive.We are looking to provide retailers a central cloud based Virtual Personal Shopping Assistant(VPSA) designed for retailers; which will provide their customers with personalised shoppingservices, delivered by staff in stores, creating the opportunity to upsell and cross sell in thestore.This requires at its heart innovative technology which uses artificial intelligence and machinelearning to match products to customers and links customers to store staff.
