Minimising energy costs and ensuring that our buildings are as energy efficient as possible, is certainly beneficial to all business entities. As developers, we would like to be able to deliver better buildings which are energy efficient and more resilient to climate change. We would like to make use of the Innovation Voucher to obtain external expertise to help us understand how one of our new office developments will perform now and in the future.
