英文摘要
We are working on understanding how a family of proteins called ADARs work. ADAR proteins can change the sequence of the cells RNA. When they are mutated or more than normal amounts are expressed in a cell it appears they can cause a range of diseases in humans. We are trying to determine how changes in the level or activity of ADAR proteins may contribute to disease.
