Following installation andtesting the machine should be ready for use in the summer. This project is designed to make first use of this machinedeveloping the methodologies that will be required to exploit it fully in the area of quantum technologies. Prototype devicestructures based on single ion implantation of P, Bi and Co will be carried out to further develop and understand thecapabilities of the instrument.
