Therapeutic antibodies and cell therapies have rapidly become the fastest growing class of new immunotherapy treatments for a range of diseases, particularly caner. However, in many cases patients fail to respond or develop resistance. Here we will design, chemically synthesise and test new peptide-based compounds which can modulate the response to immunotherapy, potentially restoring response to treatment.
