To develop a research proposal on the topic of road user charges in the UK, with the aim to restructure road charges provided that a future with Autonomous, Connected, Electric and Shared(ACES) Vehicles is envisioned, a future that will have an impact on national revenue. Whereby regimes will need to be redesigned, validated, and implemented and the national government advised on such effectiveness.
