My research project deals with a particular question of virtue jurisprudence, namely, the prominent place that the virtue of lawfulness has in legal reasoning.I will expose the research background to my research topic in three parts. The first one will addressvirtue jurisprudence, the second one the virtue of lawfulness and the last one the relation between lawfulness and legal reasoning.
