英文摘要
We know that we need to shift towards pro-environmental behaviour to make the world sustainable. However, the lack of visible connection between our everyday actions and global problems proves to be a major barrier in making such transition happen. The proposed PhD research project aspires to set up this connection using intelligent games. These games, built upon the foundations of narrative and behaviour change studies, will use data about individual's everyday actions to create contexts in which alternative choices can be explored and their impacts can be experienced. The games will be co-designed with young adult participants and will be evaluated against the real-world behaviour change observed among them. Upon successful completion, the research will establish games as one of the significant tools for sustainable lifestyles transitions.
